Walkers built DH class seen stored outside the Redbank workshops in Brisbane.

DH40 and DH29 (above) were sold into the sugar industry.

DH59 (below) is preserved in VR Blue/Gold at Puffing Billy, numbered DH31.

 3906 arrives at Strathpine with a peak-hour Brisbane local service (Set 36). Loco would later be rebuilt as 3556 for coal usage.

Former Howard Street yard at Nambour. There were two of these rail ramps for trucks to load/unload cane bins.

A residential development has now been built across the far end of the yard.

The cane yard at Wallaville was once a Queensland Rail branchline from Goondoon to, at its furthest extent, Morganville.

The last section, to Wallaville, was closed in 1964 and sold to the Wallaville Sugar Mill, who converted it to the 2ft gauge it is today.
